1. Using Folo

By creating a Folo account, you agree to use it in compliance with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You're responsible for the content of the automated replies you configure.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Folo connects to Instagram via Meta's official OAuth login — we never store your Instagram password.

3. Plans & billing

Free plan usage is subject to the monthly automation limits described on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled; you're never auto-charged beyond your selected plan.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Folo to send spam, misleading content, or anything that violates Instagram's platform policies. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that put our Meta API access at risk.

5. Collabs marketplace

Deals made through Folo Collabs are between the creator and brand directly. Folo facilitates the connection and payment escrow, and takes a 10% commission only on completed deals.

6. Limitation of liability

Folo is provided as-is. We're not liable for changes Instagram makes to its API, rate limits, or platform policies that affect automation performance.
