When you connect your Instagram account, Folo accesses only the data Meta's Graph API permits for the features you enable — comments, DMs, and basic profile info needed to send automated replies. If you use Folo's email-capture feature, we store the emails collected through your automations.
Data is used solely to run the automations you configure — matching keywords, sending replies, and showing you analytics about your own account's performance. We do not sell your data or your audience's data to third parties.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request full deletion at any time by contacting support — we'll remove your data within 30 days.
Folo uses Instagram's official Graph API and standard infrastructure providers (hosting, payments) to operate the service. We don't share your data with advertisers.
You can export your captured leads at any time, disconnect your Instagram account, or delete your Folo account entirely from your settings.
